Terms & Conditions

We provide bespoke software development, web design, hosting and related support services as agreed in a specific project proposal or statement of work with each client.

Prices published on this website are starting prices and include UK VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise. Final pricing for a specific project is confirmed in writing following a detailed assessment of requirements.

Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, will be set out in the project proposal agreed with each client prior to work commencing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom source code developed specifically for a client transfers to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and libraries remain subject to their own licences.

Any maintenance period included with a development package, and any ongoing support plan, are subject to the specific terms set out for that plan on our Support & Maintenance page or in your project proposal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, except in cases of liability that cannot be limited by law (such as death, personal injury or fraud).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
